Cancellation and Return Policy

Furniture

We have a strict, No Cancellation and Refund Policy, on all furniture.
Our furniture is customised specially for you, based on your specifications and therefore, cannot be cancelled, returned or changed at any time. Furthermore, we request you to personally be present during delivery, to ensure that the furniture received, is in order.

Non – Furniture items

Cancellation Policy

Ready-made items under ₹5,000 may be cancelled as per the following conditions.

1. Cancellation is done within 2 days of order placement.
2. A fee of ₹750 will be levied to cover, but not limited to, payment gateway charges.
3. The balance will be refunded in to your account within 15 days.

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Return Policy

If the product received by you has been damaged in transit or you have been sent a product you did not order or are missing a piece, we offer a replacement, subject to availability, or refund as per the following conditions.

1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed or altered in any way.
2. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt.
