2. Wood, like all natural materials, has inherent characteristics with respect to colour, grain pattern, etc. Due to changes in the environment, over which limón has no control over; there may be slight variations in the characteristics/appearance of each piece of wood.
3. The Products undergo the process of wood polishing in the final stage of its making, whereby there may be slight variations in the finished Product(s) with regards to dimension, tone, colour, grain, etc. as compared to the sample displayed on limón’s website.
4. The Products displayed on the website are original works crafted by limón and their availability is subject to availability of the materials used for crafting the Products.
5. The materials used, may not exactly resemble the digital image as displayed on the website due to colour limitations and variations in the digital format.
6. Cotton Canvas is durable, strong and natural but requires special care to avoid fading or shrinkage. Fabric care includes, spot treatment with cold water (do not rub); dry cleaning; hand wash with cold water (maximum temperature 30°C); do not tumble dry; dry in the shade to avoid fading.

Our furniture is customised specially for you, based on your specifications and therefore, cannot be cancelled, returned or changed at any time. Furthermore, we request you to personally be present during delivery, to ensure that the furniture received, is in order.
Ready-made items under ₹5,000 may be cancelled as per the following conditions.
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
If the product received by you has been damaged in transit or you have been sent a product you did not order or are missing a piece, we offer a replacement, subject to availability, or refund as per the following conditions.
